How did I use my Carnival Citi bonus?

Will I keep playing?
I’m certain I will return to play at Carnival Citi, as I liked how you can collect daily bonuses and also score free SC via the sweepstakes casino’s social media pages. The social media giveaways via coupon codes in particular are something I haven’t seen a lot of at other sweepstakes casinos.

I found the process at Carnival Citi to be very straightforward. It only required me to enter my email address, date of birth and state, and also agree to the site’s and conditions. The last step was ing my email address by clicking the link sent by Carnival Citi.

The game tiles and sections are against a bland white background and overall it looks a little low budget. That feeling isn’t helped by the slower loading times when you click into a new game or page. Once the games began, I had no issues.
The basic layout at Carnival Citi is very simplified and there aren’t a ton of extraneous sections for game types or profile features, which I liked. It makes it fairly easy to find what you are looking for and there’s also a decent search feature if you are looking for a particular game.
Carnival Citi puts your Coins and SC balances at the top of the page at all times (except when playing a game). There you can also toggle between playing with Coins or with SC. Some sweepstakes casinos also allow you to check your unplayed and redeemable SC balances on the currency toggle bar, but to find that info at Carnival Citi, you have to go into your profile menu and click “Redeem.”

Carnival Citi only uses online bank transfer (via Trustly) to send cash-prize redemptions. That’s not so unusual, but some sweepstakes casinos have more redemption banking methods. Pulsz, for example, will also send redemptions via Skrill.
I really liked being able to redeem SC for gift cards at Pulsz and Jackpota with just 10 SC, but Carnival Citi does not offer that option.
One unique thing about Carnival Citi is that they require you to answer a trivia question before you can receive a cash redemption. Don’t worry — if you answer incorrectly, you’ll get more chances to get it right. Carnival Citi apparently does this for legal reasons, but I’ve not seen the requirement at any other sweeps casinos.

A good percentage of the slots at Carnival Citi are jackpot slots. Every jackpot slot you click into shows the size of the different jackpot sizes across the top of the game. I liked this aspect of Carnival Citi, and scored smaller jackpots a couple of times during my first few days of playing.
Carnival Citi online casino features a few different sections showcasing the different types of games offered. You’ll find the jackpot slots in the “Big Time Jackpot” and “Frutti Jackpot” sections, and there are also sections for “3 Reels” (classic slot games), Table Games, Solitaire, Video Poker, Keno, Table Games, and Arcade games.
There is also a section of slots called “.” These games appear to be the ones that are unlocked when you achieve VIP Status by making a purchase of at least $24.99. For the majority of games in this section, when I tried to open them I received an error notification. It would be better if Carnival Citi made it more clear which games were restricted to non-VIP players.
There are more than 100 slots in the section, which means s who don’t make the $24.99 purchase are restricted from playing nearly half of Carnival Citi’s games.
Carnival Citi has a large selection of non-slot options, compared to many competitor sites. The section that stands out the most is video poker, where you will find nearly a dozen different titles, including 10’s or Better, Deuces Wild 2, Double Double Poker Bonus, and Aces & Faces. Video poker is a rarity in the sweeps casino universe; even when a site does offer it, it’s often only 1 or 2 titles.
In the Table Games section, you’ll find a couple of baccarat games and roulette games, as well as Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger. The Solitaire section features 3 games, including Vegas Solitaire. There’s a small selection of Keno games like Pirate’s Island Keno and Goal Keno, plus an Arcade section that features a few fishing game variations from KA Gaming, including Animal Fishing and Alter World.

What’s missing from the library?
Carnival Citi’s non-slots options are pretty solid, with a fair amount of variety. Still, I would like to see more table games. The video poker options are great and there are some good table games, but I always like to try my hand at video blackjack and live-dealer games when I’m visiting a sweepstakes casino.

How quickly did I get a response?
It’s always great to see a sweepstakes casino with a live chat feature to help with any questions s may have. Click the “ Us” page on the profile drop-down menu to find Carnival Citi’s 24/7 chat. A Carnival Citi agent responded to my query immediately and was friendly and somewhat helpful.
